Welcome to Ea2Sa. I’m Gary Shepard (Shep) — technology strategist, enterprise architect, and consultant. This site is my digital practice, where I share insights at the crossroads of cloud, AI, and enterprise transformation.

My professional path spans more than two decades across industries like healthcare, insurance, manufacturing, logistics, and financial services. Along the way, I’ve worn many hats — Enterprise Architect, API & Integration Designer, Agile Coach, and Technical Project Manager.

At the heart of my work is a passion for building scalable systems and enabling teams. Whether leading DevOps transformations using Spring Boot, Kubernetes, and Node.js, or embedding SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban practices, I’ve seen how the right frameworks transform complexity into clarity.
